Inbound sales

You are an enthusiastic, experienced professional who's ready to respond to customer inquires and support the sales of our products and services. As an inbound sales team member, you will respond to inquires from current and potentials customers. Your approach is consultative as you listen to understand customers' current and future needs.

You are motivated and demonstrate previous inside sales success, preferably selling B2B solutions. You are self-directed with strong interpersonal, sales, computer and communications skills. You are comfortable handling 40-50 customer contacts daily. For some of our inbound sales roles, knowledge of payroll, accounting and small business needs and practices is required.

Outbound sales

You are results driven and thrive on high-performing teams. You are committed to the team's success, as well as your own. As an outbound sales professional, you consult with current and potential customers to determine which of our products or services will make their lives easier. You call on current and prospective customers who we think may have an important problem that we can help solve. Using your expert consultative skills, you identify customer needs and offer revolutionary product and/or service solutions. You will develop and manage new accounts through outbound and inbound telesales and maintain a high level of knowledge of our products and services - and those of our competitors - as well as current market trends.

You have the proven ability to sell and generate revenue through outbound sales to the professional market. You have a strong understanding of accounting solutions, business solutions and e-commerce in a sales capacity. And if you have experience in selling to retailers, contractors, professional services firms, wholesales and manufactures, that's even better.

Customer service

You are a positive and supportive professional who knows what it means to deliver an amazing experience to every customer. As a customer service agent, you make it your personal mission to create customer delight. You address customers' specific needs and help them make the most of our products and services. You efficiently manage and respond to a variety of questions and issues that may require troubleshooting, research or collaboration with your team while you listen and reassure our customer.

You a super friendly person with excellent communication skills, and you're an expert multi-tasker. You are comfortable using database tools and MS Office. You have high school diploma or equivalent, and if you have prior customer service experience in a customer care center, that's a bonus.

Technical support

You're a detective, a problem solver. You love a good puzzle. As a technical support professional, your mission is to solve each case quickly and easily and create amazing experiences for every customer. You consult and partner with our customers to diagnose and resolve their complex questions and issues. You listen, ask questions and make customers' technical issues yesterday's news.

You have strong analytical skills and the proven ability to research, analyze and determine the best course of action. You have excellent communications skills, including the ability to modify your style to obtain your customers' trust and confidence. You have solid background knowledge regarding relevant operating systems and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. And you stand out from the pack if you have prior technical support experience in a customer care center environment.

New accounts

You like making things as smooth and simple as possible. You're a customer-focused professional willing to go above and beyond to create a seamless transition for our new customers as they integrate our payroll system into their businesses. You make managing multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment look easy. You work directly with customers to answer their questions and make sure the product they have selected is right for them.

You are experienced in working with a diverse customer base over the phone and able to adapt to changing business needs. You're friendly and supportive and able to give clear, concise verbal and written instruction. You have at least one year of payroll experience and preferably an understanding of payroll law and payroll taxes at the state and federal level. You are proactive in your communication with your customers as well as peers, managers and business partners. You're experienced using Windows, Outlook and Excel. You're quite savvy navigating the Internet and are comfortable learning new software applications. You have a high school diploma or equivalent, or even better, a bachelors degree. And if you have experience with QuickBooks, Peachtree, ADP and Paychex, that will really help make your customers' experiences even more delightful.

Payroll tax

You're a tax professional who can easily put our payroll customers at ease and make their tax season a lot less stressful by resolving their tax questions. You research and resolve tax questions, while interacting with appropriate agencies and internal departments on behalf of the customer regarding payroll matters. You are organized and efficient in maintaining records and files of customer tax and payment information.

You're an experienced problem-solver with the ability to research, analyze and determine the best course of action in a variety of complex situations. You manage priorities effectively and can work independently to meet deadlines. You have a track record of determining initiatives and are able to increase productivity to meet rising customer demand. You are an excellent communicator whether delivering good news or not-so-good news, and you're known as a strong partner across the organization. You have a working knowledge of MS Word and Excel, as well as AS400 email and inquiry functions. You're superb math skills are at or above the high school level. You have a high school diploma or equivalent, and any experience with payroll and/or accounting would be great, too.
