You are an enthusiastic, experienced professional who's ready to respond to customer inquires and support the sales of our products and services. As an inbound sales team member, you will respond to inquires from current and potentials customers. Your approach is consultative as you listen to understand customers' current and future needs.
You are motivated and demonstrate previous inside sales success, preferably selling B2B solutions. You are self-directed with strong interpersonal, sales, computer and communications skills. You are comfortable handling 40-50 customer contacts daily. For some of our inbound sales roles, knowledge of payroll, accounting and small business needs and practices is required.

And if you have experience in selling to retailers, contractors, professional services firms, wholesales and manufactures, that's even better.

You make managing multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment look easy. You work directly with customers to answer their questions and make sure the product they have selected is right for them.
You are experienced in working with a diverse customer base over the phone and able to adapt to changing business needs. You're friendly and supportive and able to give clear, concise verbal and written instruction. You have at least one year of payroll experience and preferably an understanding of payroll law and payroll taxes at the state and federal level. You are proactive in your communication with your customers as well as peers, managers and business partners. You're experienced using Windows, Outlook and Excel. You're quite savvy navigating the Internet and are comfortable learning new software applications. You have a high school diploma or equivalent, or even better, a bachelors degree. And if you have experience with QuickBooks, Peachtree, ADP and Paychex, that will really help make your customers' experiences even more delightful.

You're a tax professional who can easily put our payroll customers at ease and make their tax season a lot less stressful by resolving their tax questions. You research and resolve tax questions, while interacting with appropriate agencies and internal departments on behalf of the customer regarding payroll matters. You are organized and efficient in maintaining records and files of customer tax and payment information.
You're an experienced problem-solver with the ability to research, analyze and determine the best course of action in a variety of complex situations. You manage priorities effectively and can work independently to meet deadlines. You have a track record of determining initiatives and are able to increase productivity to meet rising customer demand. You are an excellent communicator whether delivering good news or not-so-good news, and you're known as a strong partner across the organization. You have a working knowledge of MS Word and Excel, as well as AS400 email and inquiry functions. You're superb math skills are at or above the high school level. You have a high school diploma or equivalent, and any experience with payroll and/or accounting would be great, too.
