Our customer care agents are the face of Intuit. While the job is a ton of fun, it's also a lot of responsibility. You will rescue customers from complex problems. You will consult and provide the best solution to revolutionize their businesses and finances. If you're ready to save the day, get started on our 5-step hiring process.
Start by telling us a little bit about yourself. Provide us with your current resume, contact information and other important details. It only takes about five minutes to create your profile.
After your profile is complete, you will be immediately taken to the first web assessment. It is made of up of quick, multiple choice questions and takes about 30 minutes to complete.
If you pass the first web assessment, one of our friendly recruiters will contact you to schedule a phone interview. Now's your chance to tell us all about yourself ... but try to keep it to about 20 minutes.
If you impress our recruiters, you will go on to the second web assessment. This is a really cool simulated customer care center environment, just like a video game! It usually takes about 45 minutes to finish, but it's so much fun, time will fly by.
After you stun and amaze our recruiters during the simulation, you will interview with our hiring team. This should take about two hours. You can come down to one of our Intuit sites or interview over the phone, depending on your location and the job details. Your recruiter will work out all the logistics with you.
Some of our positions may also require a writing assessment that takes about fifteen minutes to complete.
